3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site does not use cookies. The Site does not use web analytics services, advertising pixels, session recording or any other visitor tracking technology.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to consultation requests and other inquiries;
- To provide, administer and invoice the services you have engaged;
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Site;

5. Legal Basis for Processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation or the UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal information on the following legal bases: our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries directed to us; the performance of a contract to which you are a party; and compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject.
6. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. Form submissions are transmitted to and stored in an email account provided by o2switch, our web and email hosting provider located in France, which processes the information on our behalf and under our instructions.
- Advertising platforms. In performing services for clients, we operate within advertising accounts owned by the client on platforms including Meta, Google and TikTok. Data relating to a client’s customers remains within those platforms, subject to the client’s account and the platform’s own terms, and is not exported by us.
- Professional advisers. We may share information with our accountants, auditors and legal advisers where necessary for them to provide their services to us, subject to duties of confidentiality.
- Business transfers. If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of its assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Company or others.
7. International Data Transfers
The Company is based in the United States and our hosting provider is located in France. Personal information you submit may therefore be processed in countries other than the one in which you reside, which may have different data protection laws. Where we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable law, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Data Retention
We retain consultation requests that do not result in an engagement for a period of twelve (12) months from receipt, after which they are deleted. We retain client records for the duration of the engagement and for seven (7) years thereafter in accordance with United States tax and accounting requirements. Server log information is retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes and then deleted. We will delete personal information earlier upon request unless retention is required by law.
9. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted using encryption. Information is stored in access-controlled accounts maintained by our hosting provider. While we take reasonable measures to protect personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
